Terms of sale and reservation :
Because of our small size, any cancellation affects us significantly, and leaves us little chance to rent the room originally booked, hence the application of these conditions:

Booking confirmation :
For room reservations, we ask :
- confirmation by email or fax
- on the same email or fax your credit card number (Visa, Mastercard) and expiration date.

Deposit :
Reservations are considered firm only after the payment of a deposit, deductible from the cost of living, a value of 30% of total stay (by check).

Cancellations :
Under Article N1590 French Civil Code "guarantees all deposits paid will be fully vested.

Cancellation more than 8 days in advance :
Should you be unable to honor your reservation, and only in cases where our booking service is notified eight days in advance, by mail, fax or email, the deposit will be refunded.
For that cancellation may be considered valid, it must arrive on time and in writing to our Reservation Service.

Cancellation less than 8 days in advance :
In case of cancellation less than 8 days before date of arrival, your deposit will be fully preserved, as compensation.

Shortened stay :
Any interruption of stay will be billed 100% of the agreed stay unconsumed.

No show :
Any no-show the day of the scheduled reservation will automatically cancel the entire stay.
Any no-shows will be billed 100% of the agreed stay as compensation and the retention of the deposit guarantees calculated on the entire sojourn.
The presentation is not effective from 18:30 pm the day itself.

Benefits :
Rates include a day room. Do not include breakfast, meals, drinks.
No benefits will be deducted from future arrangements or plans, even if it is not actually consumed.

Registration / Late Arrivals : The registration of arrivals is held from 16:00 to 18:30. In case you wish to arrive after 18:30, you are requested to inform in advance. Otherwise, any arrival after 18:30 will be considered no show.
No arrivals will be accepted after 22 h.
